Between week 1 start of 7AM workouts, crashing by 3PM because my body is not adjusted to waking up at 6AM, business planning, working my 9-5, traveling.... I am tired. Believe me yes indeed it is showing on my face. My husband and I showed up in Tennessee Saturday morning and my mother in law said you guys look like you need some rest. We definitely get at least 7 hours of sleep a night but until our bodies are conditioned to the new schedule we have got to help our faces to not look like we are dragging rocks around everyday.
