I woke up at 6AM Sharp! I maybe a little too excited about this post but it is truly an accomplishment I coached myself into going to bed early at 9:30 (I know its a grandma bedtime but worked for me : ) Then I was able to promptly be bright eyed and bushy tailed for a commute to the gym for my 45 minute work out before work. I usually would have crashed with tired eyes by now but its early afternoon and I'm still moving. This was my morning work out for today:
Stretched (these old legs & arms arrrr...e STIFF)
Ran/Walked 1/2 Mile
50 Sit Ups
50 "girly" push ups
